Significant advances in the treatment of corona virus   Cholesterol-lowering drugs Statins can help reduce the rate of mortality and medical ventilation by helping treat novice coronavirus.   This was revealed in a new medical study.   The drug is commonly used to lower cholesterol levels while preventing lung cancer from progressing in animals, improving the immune response and reducing inflammation, all three of which are common in patients with COVID-19.   The study, published in the medical journal Cell Metabolism by Chinese experts, examined the use of statins in about 14,000 patients.   The researchers found that people who used the drug had a 45% reduction in mortality.   Researchers also found that using statins with blood pressure-lowering drugs did not increase the risk of death.   Experts involved in the Wuhan University study said the results showed that the drug was safe and beneficial for patients undergoing treatment ...

The news of the death of 34 year old Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput has saddened his fans all over the world, including India. He ended his life at his residence in the luxurious West Bandra area of Mumbai, despite living with his friends and employees. Police has found medical documents which indicate that he is being treated for depression.  Sources close to the actor said that he had been suffering from depression and stress for the last few months, but his anxiety was exacerbated by the lock down due to corona.
